Happy New Year for 2018

Wishing all my lovely class members at Tiptoe Pilates a very Happy New Year.

I started 2018 a little delicate after the celebrations last night, but after a 50 min Pilates workout in the studio I was definitely feeling back on track!

I’m so excited for the year ahead and continuing to improve in my own practice of Pilates in order to be the best teacher for you guys.

Whether you’re young or old Pilates is a perfect way to improve balance, mobility and strengthen the core and here at Tiptoe Pilates we are passionate about delivering information and workouts that are tailored to each individual’s own personal goals and fitness levels. As our moto states, Pilates is truly for EVERYONE, Tiptoe Pilates has something to offer people of all ages, levels of ability and fitness, from beginners to elite-athletes and everyone in-between and yes that means you too if your reading this and thinking not me !!!!

Equally, you won’t be surprised to know that I’ve already signed up to more courses for 2018 as I truly believe that there is always more to learn about our bodies and how Pilates can make it stronger and healthier. So, watch out as I bring all of my new knowledge into your classes throughout the year.
